This is a sib cross of 2 of our darkest! The parents originated from the Eric Young Orchid Foundation. Tall spikes with many flowers. Please Note: This orchid loses its leaves around the time it begins to flower. They will turn pale-yellow and fall off, leaving just the pseudo bulbs below. After the flower season, new growth will start to emerge from the bulbs. Most of these have turned out dark red to magenta, but a small percentage have turned out semi-alba, with white petals and a white and pink to magenta lip.
