An intergeneric Neofinetia cross with an interesting growth habit, as the Neofinetia has brought down the size but the foliar structure is that of the Papilionanthe. Expect a larger than Neofinetia flower in pink, with a shorter spur, potentially with fragrance. Miss Joaquim is the national flower of Singapore as it grows well and flowers all year round. It is named after Agnes Joaquim (1854-1899) who hybridized Singapore's first orchid. A noble woman indeed!
