Also known as the 'Moon Chiloschista', this leafless orchid is native to the Easten Himalayas, India, Assam, Burma, Thailand and Laos. Produces a dark red flower, unlike all other Chiloschista, and is very fragrant. It is probably the most fragrant of any Chiloschista species. The scent is very sweet, and somewhat like baby powder!

Grow in intermediate to warm conditions with good humidity. Mist daily for best results. Grow on tree fern fiber plaques or cork.
