Rand's Aircone Pots are designed to provide extra airflow to the central area of the pot, which is crutial for good root development. Another advantage using clear pots is the ability to see moisture levels and root development. These pots were originally invented by Ray Rand's of Malibu California. Ray was a famous orchid grower during the late 60's and into the early 1990's. These pots are extremely rugged and heavy duty as well as being infused with high quality UV inhibitors. THese will last and last for many years. Sold in packs of 5.
**DISCLAIMER: Recently, the manufacturer or Aircone pots has made batches of pots where there is a thin later of plastic remaining on some of the side drainage holes. Typically we see it on one side only, and rarely on more than one. It is thin and easy to punch out if with a small flathead screwdriver. We try to sort them out of the batches, but we cannot guarantee this and you may have to push them out if you see any. We have filed this concern and hopefully future runs will not have this issue.
