A beautiful species from Southwestern China/Northwestern Vietnam. We are offering limited divisions of plants from our collection.
The best method of flowering micranthum is to apply cool temperatures with reduced watering. In the winter, these plants can handle temperatures as low as 40 degrees F, with a daytime high as low as 40 to 50 degrees F, but no higher than the 60s if you are trying to produce flowers. Cut water back in 1/2 during the cool-off period, and this should produce a flower sheath at the base.
