Individual rothschildianum listing for a Tokyo Orchid Nursery line breed plant. This cross has produced good results and the flower photo is a sample of a sibling that flowered for us over the summer of 2023. This large, blooming size single growth should bud in late winter to early spring. We are growing these in NZ sphagnum moss. However, many are used to growing these in bark mix, so you can feel free to repot if you like. We repotted these in the late summer, meaning most are developing new roots while the older ones are shedding off.

As with all rothschildianum, the full flower potential shows on the 2nd or 3rd flowering. First time blooms are fairly impressive, but the ones thereafter are the true show stoppers!
