Paph. stonei is native to Borneo and can be found growing on limestone outcrops near Kuching. This is an intermediate to warm temperature plant that likes shady conditions and doesn't mind some calcium and magnesium in the water. This is perhaps one of the most magnificent of the multi-floral species with large flowers that last about 6 weeks. It takes many years to grow these to flowering size and these rare plants have been grown from seed since 2008. Our offering is for large 1 growth plants that have leaves from 12"- 16" long.
