This is a very fine clone of perhaps one of the most intensley colored Masdevallia hybrids there is. The color is a very hot magenta purple. The color is so strong that it hurts your eyes to look at it for very long. Photography simply can't capture the intensity. The flowers are also huge at 7 inches long and the flowers last well. This hybrid also flowers off and on through fall, winter and spring. Likes cooler temperatures and loves to be grown in New Zealand sphagnum moss. Water as the moss approaches dryness but do not let the moss totally dry between watering.
