A compact, low-light, cool-growing species found in montane forest in Columbia and Ecuador at elevations from 2700 to 3200 meters. The inflorescence, which arises from the leaf bears a pendant cluster of gorgeous, strikingly yellow flowers.
**Note, these plants can get small brown markings on the foliage, which is normal. We are guessing if they are kept very cool, that may prevent the spotting. See last photo for details.
